How do I send PrizePicks lines to ChatGPT?
The simplest way shares no key with ChatGPT: fetch the board as text yourself, then paste it in. Add format=text to the export endpoint with your key, or copy it from your signed-in dashboard. For live calls you add a GPT Action in a custom GPT, where your key stays in the GPT editor; the hosted MCP connector reads only our public pages, because ChatGPT cannot present a custom API key.

The text export is one row per line with the player, stat, line and tier, up to 1,000 rows. You fetch it with your key or copy it from the dashboard and paste the text, so your key never reaches ChatGPT. The keyless demo export has the same columns with fictional rows if you want to test the layout first.
The observation times in the board show when each line was confirmed, not when you copied it, so paste a fresh export when you need newer lines.
A GPT Action calls the live API with your own Bearer key, which you add in the GPT editor from our OpenAPI document. OpenAI is retiring custom GPTs on 11 December 2026 and personal accounts can no longer create them, so this suits a GPT you already have rather than a new build.
The hosted MCP connector does not carry your key: ChatGPT offers only OAuth or no authentication for a custom MCP server, so connected with no auth it can search and read our public pages, including a player’s current lines, but not the keyed data tools. Coding agents that can send a key get every tool.
