Is there a PrizePicks API on GitHub?
GitHub has community projects that read PrizePicks lines, but none of them is an official API, because PrizePicks does not publish one. They break when the site changes and they keep no history, so they suit a personal experiment more than a product.

If you want a client you control, the code below is all it takes against a documented REST API. It uses only the Python standard library. The Python and JavaScript guides add retries and error handling.
A complete client in Python

from urllib.request import Request, urlopen

if cursor:
params["cursor"] = cursor
req = Request("https://prizepicksapi.com/api/v1/projections?" + urlencode(params),
headers={"Authorization": "Bearer " + KEY})
with urlopen(req, timeout=30) as res:
page = json.load(res)
yield from page["data"]
cursor = page["meta"].get("next_cursor")
if not cursor:
