How do I build a PrizePicks Discord bot?
Poll GET /api/v1/changes, keep the moves your channel cares about, post them to a Discord webhook, and save the cursor after each successful post. You do not need a full bot account unless you want slash commands, and the table below shows how many alerts each league would send before filtering.

| League | Moves, last 24h | Per hour |
|---|---|---|
| NBA | 26,311 | 1,096.3 |
| UCL | 14,404 | 600.2 |
| NFL | 11,669 | 486.2 |
| College Football | 3,624 | 151 |
| NHL | 721 | 30 |
| Tennis | 214 | 8.9 |
| College Basketball | 162 | 6.8 |
| CS2 | 61 | 2.5 |
| Dota 2 | 13 | 0.5 |
| Badminton | 8 | 0.3 |
57,204 moves across every league, before any filter. See the biggest
The Discord guide has a complete Python worker with cursor handling and retry notes. A move-size threshold is what keeps the channel readable, since small moves make up most of the feed.
