NHL validation and morning tennis workflows

Standard NHL markets

Use league=NHL and the exact market names Faceoffs Won, Shots On Goal or Goalie Saves. The scoped aliases faceoff_wins, shots_on_goal and goalie_saves select those same markets; response labels retain the source names.

tier=standard means at least one selection has that tier. Inspect each returned selection separately: available=true is confirmed, false is unavailable, and null is unknown. Standard tier does not prove both More and Less are offered. Missing payout multipliers remain unknown.

For saved-projection validation, match projection ID, player, stat, period and line, then compare each side and observation time. A removed or changed offer is not a match just because the player is still on the board. Keep unknown sides out of actionable recommendations. The API cannot reconstruct a private saved list unless the client supplies it.

Tennis before local noon

First establish the user’s timezone and target date from known project context. Convert local midnight and noon into explicit ISO instants. start_after includes the lower boundary; start_before excludes the upper boundary. These filters use scheduled event.starts_at, not collection time, and exclude unknown start times. A midnight-to-noon window can contain matches that already started; for upcoming matches use the later of now and midnight as the lower boundary.

Follow meta.next_cursor with every filter unchanged, and stop at null. Scheduled starts may move. Inspect observed_at, source health, game state and side availability before using a row. The response supplies observed market data; it does not establish winning picks or guaranteed betting value.

For historical tennis features, ATP/WTA match logs support set and game totals. The current scoreboard adapter does not supply aces, double faults or break-point box scores, so those results must remain ungraded. Current PrizePicks lines for those markets can still be observed when listed.
